The South Brisbane Masonic Hall Co-Operative Society Limited was Registered by the Registrar of Cooperatives on 20 July 1999.
At various times the names of the owners have changed. There are, for example, records of the South Brisbane Masonic Hall Company. The company was registered on 1st August 1910.
The previous South Brisbane Masonic Hall was located in Vulture Street, South Brisbane at the corner of Stanley Street overlooking the Brisbane River. It featured a "new" Masonic Hall opened in 1959 & dedicated in 1960. This building was eventually sold & the current premises at Building 21, 2404 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains was opened in 2010.
